About This Scholarship
The DAAD Helmut-Schmidt Programme (Master's Scholarships for Public Policy and Good Governance) is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office and administered by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The scholarship aims to educate future leaders who will contribute to democratic governance, social justice, and sustainable development in their home countries.
Selected candidates receive full financial support to complete an English or German-taught Master's degree at participating German universities.
